The letter confirms the conference dates and your intent to participate as an attendee.

Please note that all travel, accommodation, registration and visa-related expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. ¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ is unable to provide additional documentation, personalized invitation letters or financial assistance beyond the generic invitation letter provided.

Cancellations   

¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ will refund registration fees, minus a $50 processing fee, to paid registrants who submit a cancellation request to registration@asmusa.org on or before Friday, Sept. 4, 2026. All refunds will be processed following the conference (after the ¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ BIG).

Substitutions   

There will be no substitution. Registrants who cannot attend due to medical restrictions may receive full refunds with supporting documentation. ¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ is not responsible for cancellation of fees resulting from scheduling, transportation, hotel or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.

¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ Events Code of Conduct

¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ has secured discounted room rates at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20001, and encourages participants to book within the official ¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ BIG room block for the best selection and rates. The Hyatt is offering a $369.00 room rate (plus tax) to ¶¶ÒõÈÈÃÅ BIG Conference participants. Online reservations will be available on a first come, first served basis until Monday, Sept. 14, 2026.
