Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to do the following:
- Apply plain-language and storytelling techniques to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse, non-expert audiences.
- Recognize and address common public misconceptions about microbiology, infectious diseases and public health.
