Beyond Detection: Novel Diagnostics Driving the Future of Fungal Disease Management

As part of CDC鈥檚 Fungal Disease Awareness Week 2026, 抖阴热门 will host a webinar exploring emerging advances in fungal diagnostics and antifungal susceptibility testing, highlighting how innovative technologies are improving fungal identification and clinical decision-making. Experts will discuss new approaches to interpreting susceptibility results and leveraging diagnostic tools to support effective antifungal stewardship.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to do the following:

  • Explain current approaches to interpreting antifungal susceptibility results and their relevance to patient care.
  • Compare emerging diagnostic technologies for fungal identification and recognize their potential clinical applications.
  • Apply insights from novel diagnostic methods to support antifungal stewardship and treatment decision-making.
